Clemente was very welcoming to the three of us took the time to explain the ins and outs of buying a home. My parents already own a home, but this was my time to show them that their hard work for me paid off and Clemente understood the assignment. Every weekend, he and his teammate, Mike Martin, hosted open houses and neighborhood gathering to maintain the "buzz" appeal. With the market as tough as it is right now, we were expecting rates to drop before we sold the house. In less than six months, our house was sold for just a few thousand dollars under Z-estimate. Clemente's negotiation skills helped save us in laboring over repair costs and saved us more time and money.

He would relay any questions/requests right away with myself or with the other agents, escrow officers, loan officers, and even contractors!
